Carry Me Back to West Virginia shoots you back in time to 1970’s Mingo County, West Virginia -- back to when the beer was cold, you liked your bartenders mean, and the Red Scare was all the rage. Joe Birdwell comes home after 20 years to see his town’s bridge has collapsed and commits himself to getting funding for a new one by any means necessary, even if it involves asking someone he knows will get him in trouble with the locals.
