At M. T. Pockets, we always need extra hands to help out! Here is a list of our current volunteer opportunities: Box Office/Concessions/Ushering: Our "front of house" volunteers are a group of friendly theatre lovers who help welcome audiences to our production by selling tickets and concessions the night of performances and assisting patrons with finding their seats. Publicity: Our publicity volunteers are our “Feet on the Street” and help us spread the word about upcoming productions by taking posters, flyers and postcards around town to our friends at local businesses. Production: Our production volunteers help us with set construction, set painting, costume and prop gathering, set load-in, stage management, running lights, running sound and strike. Our set storage is off-site so those with a truck to help haul things are highly coveted! Interested in joining the volunteer team at M. T. Pockets Theatre? Fill out the Volunteer Form or email us at info@mtpocketstheatre.com. Audition: All audition notices will be posted on our Audition Page. To be part of the casting pool and receive emails regarding upcoming auditions, please complete the Volunteer Form and submit a current headshot/photo and your resume. Internships: M. T. Pockets offers part-time and summer internships that provide hands-on experience for students currently enrolled in high school or college who are interested in exploring theatre as a career. Internships are designed around the student’s interests and provide real-life experience working alongside our volunteers. We offer internships in production, marketing and arts administration. If you are interested in being an intern at M. T. Pockets please email a letter of interest detailing your experience and what you hope to gain from an internship with us to info@mtpoketstheatre.com. Please note: Part-time and summer internships are unpaid; however, we are happy to work with schools and universities that arrange academic credit when applicable. Employment: We are a 100% volunteer company with no paid employees or positions. If you are interested in working with us, please complete and submit the Volunteer Form. Script Submissions: M. T.
